These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a public offer of FastPay (“we”, “us”, the “Service”). By creating an account or using fast-pay.money in any way you (“you”, the “User”, the “Merchant”) accept these Terms in full.
FastPay is a cryptocurrency payment gateway: it lets merchants create payment invoices and payment links, receive cryptocurrency from their customers to a balance within the Service, and withdraw it to external blockchain addresses. FastPay is a technology provider; we are not a bank, we do not provide fiat services, exchange advice or investment services.
You need only a valid e-mail address to register. You are responsible for keeping your password, API keys and webhook secrets confidential, and for every action performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Merchants pass a short review before activation. Website merchants must prove control of their domain. We may decline or revoke a merchant that violates Section 6 without prior notice.
A service fee is charged per successful payment. The applicable fee and its payer (merchant or customer) are always displayed in your dashboard before it applies. Blockchain network fees for incoming payments are paid by the sender; network fees for payouts are covered by the payout fee shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
Your balance reflects confirmed on-chain receipts minus fees and withdrawals. Payout requests reserve the requested amount plus the payout fee, pass an operational review and are then broadcast on-chain. A rejected or failed payout is refunded to your balance in full and automatically. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast — always double-check payout addresses.
The Service must not be used for anything unlawful, including but not limited to: money laundering or terrorist financing; trade in illegal goods or substances; child sexual abuse material; ransomware, fraud, phishing or stolen property; dealings with sanctioned persons or territories. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use and act as required by applicable law (see the AML Policy).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard on uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted operation of the Service, third-party blockchains or network nodes. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the total service fees you paid to us during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, wallet software, exchange rates or your own integration errors.
You may stop using the Service at any time after withdrawing your funds. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms; in that case lawful balances remain withdrawable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with the date above. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
