This Privacy Policy explains what data FastPay processes and why. We collect the minimum needed to run a payment service.
Account data: your e-mail address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Operational data: session identifiers, IP addresses and user-agent strings for security and rate-limiting; merchant names and project URLs; payment, invoice and payout records. Blockchain data: deposit addresses, transaction hashes and amounts — note that blockchain data is public by nature.
We do not require identity documents, phone numbers or physical addresses. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising pixels on the Service.
To operate your account and balances, detect payments on-chain, deliver webhooks, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and notify you about events in your account.
We use only strictly necessary cookies: session tokens that keep you signed in. No marketing cookies.
We never sell your data. It is shared only with infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the Service (hosting, content delivery, public blockchain nodes), and with authorities when the law demands it.
Financial records are kept as long as the account exists and as required by law. Passwords are hashed, sessions are stored hashed, access to production systems is key-based and restricted. Report security issues to [email protected].
You can change your password in the dashboard, and request export or deletion of your account data (subject to records we must keep by law) at [email protected].
Updates to this Policy are published on this page with the date above.
