FastPay is committed to preventing the use of the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime.
We operate a technology platform for legitimate merchants. We do not accept business engaged in the activities listed in Section 6 of the Terms of Service, and we design our review and monitoring around keeping such activity out.
Every merchant passes a review before activation, including domain-ownership verification for websites. We may request additional information about a merchant's business at any time and may decline activation at our discretion.
We monitor payment patterns for signs of abuse — unusual volumes, structuring, links to sanctioned addresses or known illicit clusters — and investigate anomalies our systems or partners flag.
Where we identify a reasonable suspicion of illicit activity we may suspend the merchant or the account, request clarifications, refuse specific transactions, and, where the law requires, report to and cooperate with the competent authorities. Lawful funds of cooperative users remain withdrawable wherever legally possible.
We do not provide services to persons or entities on applicable sanctions lists, or for the benefit of sanctioned territories.
